IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO LOGIN
When using your ACA West User Account, you cannot use your personal email account name and password to sign in.
Go to https://myaccount.google.com to verify that you are logged in to your acawest.org account (yourname@ACAWest.org.)
If you click the circle in the top right corner, you’ll see the email address you are logged in with. If it doesn’t end with @acawest.org, you are not logged in with the correct account.**IMPORTANT**
If you have a personal Gmail email address, you may need to fully Log Out of that email address to sign in at first, or try STEP 2.
If you are still unable to login in, you may need to open an Incognito-type Window, where NO other email accounts are active.
CHROME – “New Incognito Window” (Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of your browser window)
EDGE - "InPrivate Window"
SAFARI - "Private Browsing"
After you open the New Incognito Window, in the search bar, you can copy and paste “https://www.acawest.org/acaw-families-only” so that you can access the login page for ACAW Families.
If #1 and #2 don’t work, Clear the cache and try again. In most computer-based web browsers, to open the menu used to clear your cache, cookies, and history, press Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac).
If you are still unable to login, let us know and we can generate a password reset for you.
